DIGITAL GLOBAL HEALTH CONSULTING

Helping organizations implement and scale digital health solutions through strategic guidance, technology deployment and change management.

Digital Health StrategY & SYSTEM DESIGN

We help partners design scalable digital health solutions grounded in real-world workflows. From functional requirements to system architecture, we guide strategy and translate public health needs into actionable digital products.

MONITORING, EVALUATION & LEARNING

We support MEL efforts through participatory evaluation design, survey development and results synthesis. Our work helps organizations generate actionable insights and improve program effectiveness, from theory of change to recommendations.

TECHNOLOGY Development & IMPLEMENTATION

We manage the full lifecycle of digital tool deployment, from scoping and development oversight to training and rollout. Our focus is on user adoption, sustainability, and measurable public health impact.

Consultant Collective

Terre Impact operates as a collective, drawing together experienced practitioners across digital health strategy, program management, technology implementation, and change management. We convene the right team for each engagement from our network of advisors, each with hands-on delivery experience across public health, humanitarian, and development programs.

Our work spans fragile and humanitarian contexts, national health system strengthening, and digital infrastructure – from digital case management for acute malnutrition to data standards for FHIR-native systems and supply chain innovation – delivering solutions that are user-centered, locally grounded and scalable.

Consultants affiliate with Terre Impact on specific engagements and retain separate professional practices, bringing dedicated capacity to projects they're deployed on.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER

We work with UN agencies and implementing partners on focused engagements typically 3–12 months in duration. We scope work collaboratively, assemble a dedicated team from our network of associates matched to the project's needs, and commit to delivery against agreed milestones. For longer-term partnerships, we can offer retainer and multi-year arrangements.
